Services

LABH service modalities are designed to work toward the attainment of mutually defined goals. The general focus is on enhancing the client or family’s overall ability to function by reducing the symptoms of their mental health conditions.

Intake Assessments

Mental Health Assessment is a therapeutic evaluation provided by a clinical professional prior to the initiation of any mental health services except in the condition of the need to deliver a crises or emergency intervention, in response to treatment, or when significant changes occur. It is a process of gathering information to assess client needs and function in order to determine appropriate series/ intervention based on identification of the presenting problem, evaluation of mental status, and formulation of diagnostic impression.
